The P2A Hard Hat is ANSI Z89.1-2009 Class C and G, Type 1, 2 & 3 rated for general use including electrical, falls and Chemical Splash applications. The swingstrap design along with the QuickLok ratchet headband allows a one hand operation to easily adjust the headband size while the cap is in place. The Security Cam Buckle strap allows you to lock down the QuickLok headband in place.

The Fibre Metal 280-P2A provides exceptional durability with it's strong polyethylene shell and 3 adjustment points. QuickLok Carabiner allows for quick fastening and unfastening of faceshield or chin to top strap of hard hat. It is ANSI Z89.1-1986 Class G and ANSI Z89.1-2003 Class E certified.

The Fiber-Metal 280-P2A hard hat is manufactured to meet ANSI Z89.1-2014 and CSA Z94.1-11 occupational health and safety requirements. The P2A is lightweight, durable, comfortable low cost and is easy to maintain. The Fiber-Metal 280-P2A has a smooth fiberglass shell design with antifog ventilation slots and meets the required compression resistance requirement and impact resistance test of ANSI specification Z89.1 for class E hard hats.
