The Belimo Fire and Smoke Actuator is virtually maintenance free. With its durable plastic casing and spring return, this unit is ideal for applications where the fire sprinkler will be subjected to continuous low pressure but occasional high pressure cycling due to building fire conditions. For example, install a single fire sprinkler in the attic of an occupied residence where temperature extremes are expected. This product has a rating of 70 in-lb maximum operating pressure and 120V AC power only operation. UL Listed to US standards.

This fire and smoke spring return actuator (SSRA series) is used to automatically operate a damper for fire protection. This unit is rated 70 in-lb and comes with an auxiliary switch.
