The Honeywell MN6110A1003, Inc. 88 LB-IN NON-SPRING RETURN DIRECT COUPLED DAMPER ACTUATOR FLOATING CONTROL 24 VAC/DC-15% +20%, 50/60 HZ is a direct coupled centrifugal return spring actuator for dampers in heating and air conditioning systems.

The MN6110A1003 is a 24-volt direct acting, non -spring return actuator that provides accurate control of floating type valves from a point remote from the valve. The MN6110A1003 is designed with a balance spring mechanism that allows for greater overall actuator travel to compensate for cable tension and changes in temperature.

The new Honeywell MN6110A1003 Series Direct Coupled Actuators are designed for use in Refrigerant Control, Pump Control, Water Heater Control and many other general controls applications. The 3/8" (9.52mm) Diameter x 1/8" (3.18mm) shaft actuator has a Nonrefrigerant Pressure Rating of 88 LB IN at sea level and a Lifetime Withstand Voltage of 10kV DC. Where High heat values are desired with the use of low or non-recirculating, clean or dirty flue gas, this type of direct coupled damper actuator may be specified. A mechanical link is used to provide a floating action which permits actuation of the damper flapper while providing full air tightness throughout the complete valve travel.
