PNEU CAPACITY RELAY
Keep your home comfortable with this Honeywell pneumatic capacity relay. It comes in an easy-to-install design that will have you back to normal in no time at all.
The Electro-Pneumatic Capacity Switch is designed for use with pneumatic control valves and compressors. This relay features a 5 amp resettable fuse; normally open, normally closed, and alarm contacts; an operating voltage of 120v / 60 Hz; and the capability to switch up to 30 amps of resistive current in either polarity. It also has a silver zinc die cast housing with steel bonnet, and the dimensions are: 3.15" x 2.31" x 1.5" (80 x 58 x 38 mm).
The RP970A1008 is a pneumatic relay that can trigger an LED or operate a normally closed contact. The relay will close when the pneumatic pressure is between 0.3 to 200 psi and open when the pneumatic pressure range is 0 to 2 psi. Combining it with other Honeywell relay modules gives you ultimate control over your machine.
The RP970 is a single-pole, NC relay that provides signal switching capability for variable pneumatic capacity control. The RP970 operates in the 3A to 12A range with up to 2.5V of switching control, and can be used with 0.5 to 10 bar maximum operating pressure ranges as standard (higher operating pressure and higher maximum operating voltage ranges are available). The relay has no spst or nc terminals and includes a float switch circuit. For faster process response and improved overall system reliability the RP970 can be used in conjunction with pneumatic time delay valves (models RP961
The Honeywell RP970A1008 Pneumatic Pressure Sensor allows control of pneumatic pressure varying from 0.1 in WG to 5 in WG. This sensor helps prevent the accidental damage of downstream components, such as air cylinders and pneumatic components by sending voltage to a controller via a relay board, reducing the likelihood of over-pressurizing. Manually operated or automatically controlled, these switches have been tested under extreme conditions to ensure use in harsh environments and are well suited for use on conveyor lines, car assembly lines and other industrial settings.
A protective-style relay that does not require an over current trip function or separate earth terminal. Installation requires wiring directly to the equipment for which protection is desired (such as a motor). This relay can be used in applications where closed-loop control of a microprocessor driving a PNP device is used and the maximum available trip current of the modular circuit cannot be overridden.
The RP970A1008 and RP970B1008 control modulating heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. The RP970A1008 is a normally closed relay with an output signal in the form of a 4 to 20 mA signal. The RP970B1008 is a normally open relay with two normally open outputs that produce 4 to 20 mA signals when one or both of the three inputs are active.
