The Safety Products WS14900899 Exhalation Valve Assembly is used in the Honeywell Scott Safety 3M 4500 Series Full Face Respirators. The Exhalation Valve Assembly is an important accessory for your respirator that helps reduce unwanted leakage and protects the simplex and tube type breather valves from clogging.

Exhalation valve assembly, 900 x 100 mm, silver in color with a light gray base. Nylon housing and ball, durable, ribbed rubber diaphragm has a long life span. 1 year warranty.

The Honeywell Exhalation Valve Assembly discharges exhaled gases from the breathing bag and also operates a demand regulator. It is designed to fit series 6200, 6210, 6350, 5200T series masks (excluding models 9401N, 9412N, 9421N). Also compatible for use with models 9291N and 9431N if used in conjunction with the proper exhalation valve adapter assembly (part no. AG913A).

With superior airflow resistance, Safety Products' Exhalation Valves are designed to limit outward airflow in pressure demand systems. These valves can also be used as replacement parts for similar full face or open face masks.

Exhalation valve assemblies are used when a leaded central heating system is converted to a non-leaded system. They ensure that any condensation formed within the pipe work is safely vented outside the building. A single valve should be positioned near or on the radiator in each connected room.
