BLODGETT F12436 Ignition Control

IGNITION CONTROL

This Ignition Control from Blodgett is intended to be used with both turn of the century vintage ranges and modern gas grills. It connects two burners together, allowing you to control them simultaneously.

The Ignition Control has been designed to be used with all Blodgett grills which have the ignition system located in the control box. The Ignition Control will allow the customer to operate two separate generators individually or simultaneously from one control box

The Ignition Control Kit is required to run the blower on a BLODGETT F12436 series oven. This ignition control kit is also required if installing an F12436 oven with an Adaptive Floating Pilot System. The kit includes both the Ignition Control and Adaptive Floating Pilot System components (2) pilot assemblies, screws, orings and instructions.

This Ignition Control is for the F12436B Blodgett Convection Oven. It is designed to work with the Blodgett ZE500AH or ZE500ADB Industrial Ovens and can be programmed for reverse operation, timed cooking start, delayed timing start, and interlock operation.

The Ignition Control is a self-service control that allows the chef to cook on manual and change the temperature, without leaving the cooking surface. This control allows the chef to monitor, adjust, and control the oven's temperature for precise cooking results.  Cooks using this feature can concentrate on their guests without worrying about adjusting the temperature setting of our ovens during service.  The Ignition Control is also great for saving energy by allowing you to use the Oven Light when cooking is complete.

The Ignition Control allows you to turn on/off your oven from a remote location. This accessory must be used in conjunction with the BLODGETT Secret-Minder™ 2703 and 2954 Electronic Time and Temperature Controller. This accessory is used in order to control the timing of the oven independently from the actual heat source. The timing can be done manually or through software programming to have set times for operation of the heat source.
