The FRYMASTER F13931 INTERFACE BOARD provides the means to easily monitor and adjust all types of fryers, display menu savings associated with the energy consumption, menu pricing controls, and recall up to 10 frequently used recipes. The F13931 also has an open door switch, which also activates the FRY-Light feature for large stores.

The Interface Board is essential in allowing the control board display, controls and alarms to operate with a standard source of power - normally 12v DC. The interface board is responsible for the smooth operation of the appliance and when the Interface Board fails the result will be erratic or non-functioning operation.
