The Johnson Controls WHA-PKD3-400C 13Ft Wiring Harness For P499 is a custom made wiring harness designed to connect one NEMA 5-15R to ten Leviton Vizia series single pole switches for trade size 1/0 gauge wire. This durable harness is manufactured in the United States with fully molded terminals utilizing UL rated Thermoplastic PVC (TPC) insulation and heat resistant PVC jacketing for maximum environmental protection.

The 13Ft wire harness is used on some versions of the Johnson Controls P499. Please check to see which version you need before ordering, as the versions are not interchangeable. This part number is for use with an Air Handler that uses an external fan coil unit (WAPU) with the terminal box attached to the rear of the unit. The terminal box may be painted black or white.

The WHA-PKD3-400C 13Ft wiring harness assembly is used with the P499B control. The WHA-PKD3-400C is compatible with Johnson Contols P498 and P499 controls.

This 13ft wiring harness is for P499 power supplies. It provides +12V, GND, and Key (Control Signal) to Johnson Controls (JCI) programmable thermostats. It was designed to fit the following JCI models: 421A16421B16421C16421D16421E16422A16422B16

The WHA-PKD3-400C portable air conditioner wiring harness is a plug and play connection to an outside condensing unit. It can be daisy chained with a connection to a WHA-PLC3-400C portable air conditioner connection box. The WHA-PKD3-400C harness plugs into the HC335213 P/S port of a P499 heat pump, which controls the outside compressor.

The P499 and its variants use a voltage and frequency of 208-230V/60Hz with a rated power of 0.75HP. Superflex wires are used for flexing to avoid excessive mechanical or abrasion damage during operation. Use this wiring harness to replace your old or damaged wiring harness.
