The Johnson Controls T-4516-201 DualTempDA/DA pneumatic 13 to 25 GPH supply provides large, continuous quantity flow with low pressure drop when used in commercial refrigeration. It has a 3 pipe horizontal mount.

The T-4516-201 DualTemp DA/DA system offers a direct expansion split system for use in vapor compression refrigeration systems. The T-4516 series is SAE 45# steel, fully welded vertical mount arrangement for indirect split climate control. All models are equipped with a hermetic scroll compressor, motor driven fan and thermal expansion valve, as well as thermoelectric module containing a HI-VOLUME horizontal manifold specifically designed for use with 1½ lb tubing.

The Johnson Controls 3571 T-4516-201 DualTempDA/DA Horz13-25#Supply 3 Trip Pneumatic Device Actuator acts as a control mechanism to regulate the flow of air or oxygen through a gas supply line or between gas supply lines. This DualTempDA/DA Horizontal Mount device accommodates -13 to 25 degrees celsius and +/- 50 PSIG and features a 34 pound minimum and 150 pound maximum gas supply pressure.

The DA Series drives are non-CFC, environmentally friendly! There is no service life limit on DA drives. The control system utilizes the most common form of start up, free wheeling. Under steady state conditions, it automatically maintains the most efficient speed. The drive is designed for applications with high start up torque, making it ideal for most air conditioning applications.

The T-4516-201 dual temp DA/DA is a Horizontal 13-25# supply in the DualTemp DA range. The 3571 has an evaporator coil made of alloy steel, aluminum fin coil housing, and all welded construction.

Innovative design permits mounting of up to two heating/cooling units on the same pipe. A single large wheel eliminates kick-outs on smaller wheeled conventional dual temperature regulators. Piping connections are located directly behind the wheel, eliminating need for spool pieces or shutoff valves which can leak or be hard to service under extreme conditions. Includes a high output control with three stage control that limits oil flow to meet load demand setpoint changes. Safety features protect against freezing and burning out of limit switches.

DualTemp DA/DA with Supply is a non-ICP pneumatic temperature controller used in high temperature processes. On the front, there are two knobs (one for DA and one for DA/DA Supply). The knob on the right side controls the air temperature during heating; the knob on the left side controls the signal output proportional to sample temperature. The supply valve can be closed by rotating this center knob, which serves as a supply pressure closed degree control.

The 3571 T-4516-201 provides a one pipe design that is used for heating and cooling. It is designed to be used in moderate climates. The 3571 T-4516-201 also comes with a multi-stage valve that delivers a range of flow based on the set point. It is equipped with an ambient temperature sensor, a discharge air thermostat, a discharge air pressure sensor, and a closed loop system. The 3571 T-4516-201 also features a discharge air switching device to trim the discharge air supply.
