Built for dielectric service, the JCI P70-LB-1C is constructed entirely of stainless steel to prevent rusting. This dual pressure control is SPST with 1/4 NPT female inlet and outlet ports. The JCI P70-LB-1C control will operate at 70# valve openings, maintain the set pressure to within +/- 1% under normal conditions. It comes equipped with 4 stainless steel screws for mounting onto a panel or enclosure surface.

This DUAL PRESSURE CONTROL has two separate valve bodies, each with their own pressure gauges. They are set to HAND and LOAD respectively. Each valve body has a separate diaphragm spring for each stem. The center stems are connected by the center spindle which also acts as a stop to limit travel. Each stem can be fluted or solid tungsten carbide, depending on gauge size. The fluting increases the area of contact between stem and spring reducing stress on the spring. The width of the spring should be selected according to the valve's maximum pressure rating.

Johnson Controls' adjustable pressure control offers design flexibility for demanding commercial environments. It features a compact, low-profile design for space efficiency and can be installed remotely or outdoors. This dual pressure control offers two solid state, SPST pilot valves with two pressures of 100/100 psi (.75/7 bar) and 200/200 psi (1.5/1.5 bar).

The Johnson Controls P70LB-1C is a SPST pressure control that can be used for air start applications. It's dual pressure range allows up to 100 psi which makes it suitable for large air conditioning systems, or when using both heating and cooling at the same time. It comes in an oiled bronze wetted material enclosure, making it suitable for use in high temperature applications.

Johnson Controls Star Series Dual Pressure Control (SPST) with internal diaphragm and standard b-nut is used to adjust the discharge pressure of an air compressor. Its pressure adjustment lever is 25% larger than competitive controls for greater leverage and effortless control operation. Large control housing permits easy access and eliminates scale and sediment build up.

The P70LB-1C dual pressure control may be used individually with a relief valve to protect against over and under pressurization of process lines (such as steam and air), or they may be used together to provide pressure control for discharge and make-up valves of a pump, compressor or process chiller. Both controls provide for manual reset with white handle and spool blocking for all circuits.

The J.C. P70LB-1C is an "On-Off" control that provides positive shut-off of one or two double acting pneumatic valves. The unique design features independent pressure controls; one for each side of the control (BE). Each side of the control is capable of independently controlling the flow to 20/100 p.s.i., 35/89 bar, at 5 SCFH, DC 0-30 volt process signal, 12 volts P70 power supply, and low side cycle time delay switch.

Simplify installation with the P70LB1C, an on/off control ideal for single applications. The Model P70LB1C is a single pole, normally-open spool-actuated manual pressure control. It has a steel body and a zinc alloy cover. The pressure range is 200-150 Lb. per sq. in., 10 to 100 PSI, with a 2 Lb. F connector.

The P70LB-1C Dual Pressure Conservation Controller is designed with an external adjustment knob used to manually change the set point of the controller. The pressure controller has a unique design that makes it stand out from other controllers in that it allows the installer to adjust the pressure setting directly by hand, without the need for any tools.

Constant pressure control is basically a preset switch that controls the downstream pressure. This application is commonly found on boiler systems where the valve is frequently turned on for temporary periods of time.
