The P499ACP-107 Pressure Transducer, -K, 0 to 750 PSIG from Johnson Controls features a K-Style thermowell, 45 Ft Sensor Lead with quick connect plug and a Sensor mounting plate. It has a max operating pressure of 750 PSIG and a minimum operating pressure of 0 PSIG. The load output is 1 stainless steel conduit. It employs wired 4-20 mA signal output and it's dimensions are 2.9"H x 4.9"L x 1.9"W.

The JCI P499 series Transducers are general purpose pressure sensors designed to monitor leakage or pressure drop in fluid systems. This transducer is ideal for use in hydraulic, oil, water , steam, air and vacuum applications especially in drum level monitoring. The housing is constructed of Noryl BKM material, rated UL94V-0 flame retardant to minimize gaseous chemical attack. A stainless steel thermowell allows measurement of process fluid at elevated temperatures up to 300°F (149°C).

The P-499ACP (P499) is a 4 to 20 mA, NEMA 1 or IP65 enclosure, compensator providing pressure measurement for water treatment, stack gas pressure regulators and controls, material handling systems, and level control. It can be used to compensate system flow, measure pressure to compare to set-point (remote compensators), and/or detect high/low condition (RSSI function). The compensator includes barometric compensator, fully compensated output voltage signal adjusted for application line pressure loss. Available in NEMA 1 or IP65 enclosure.

The Pressure Sensor is a lightweight isolated sensor designed to measure and convert processes' fluid pressure to a voltage for a proportional output. The Sensor converts the full-scale pressure into a proportional output from 0V to 10V, or from 4-20mA that can easily be interfaced with most process control systems. The nominal output signal can be set with a potentiometer on the front of the unit.
