MODULATING, NON ADJUSTABLE. This Pressuretrol® Modulating Controller allows the end user to set and maintain a desired differential pressure. These pressure controllers are ideally suited for use with refrigeration, air-conditioning and process applications where atmospheric conditions vary widely throughout the day. These controllers are most commonly used when closed loop control is desired or required by code. A proportional type of control is provided by these Pressuretrol® Non-Adjustable Pressure Controllers. They are rated in both excess and deficiency pressures, according to size (psig).

Pressuretrol creates optimal operating conditions for HVAC and other system components to help ensure peak performance. The device combines a pressure control, balancing valve and over-temperature protection. It modulates flow to maintain desired pressure setpoint, adjusting to changes in process fluid flow and pressure.

The Pressuretrol® allows the operator to control dispensing pressure to a desired value by simply setting and turning the dial. This unique and innovative design allows for less complicated setup and can eliminate callbacks. The Pressuretrol® require no calibration and can be set for 4-20 PSI products from 0-200 PSI input pressure.

The Pressuretrol combines two functions in one compact package. It is a Temperature/Humidity controller that modulates a 14.5V, 1 Hp compressor to maintain desired temperature and humidity. The Pressuretrol continuously monitors compressor pressure and shuts off the unit when a predetermined pressure is reached. The 2256 Series Positive Pressure Controllers use electronically controlled solenoid valves to provide completely proportional 0-15 PSI control of natural gas, propane or CO2 flow to a variety of applications. The internally engineered pressure-compensating design of the controller offers superior performance even under difficult flow and/or pressure conditions. A non-adjustable relief valve at 15 PSI protects downstream components in the event of an overpressure condition.
