Draft Inducer Assembly

This draft inducer assembly provides the installer with an economical solution to help meet ASHRAE 62.2 requirements. It includes a high density air blower and adjustable duct collar allowing for adjustments in room air volume and pressure drop.

The LENNOX Corporation 33M70 is a 5.7 kW, 208/230 VAC, 3 Ph, 60 Hz domestic type roaster capable of improving roast quality. It features an adjustable draft inducer, with a performance range of 10% to 100% in 1% steps. The draft inducer can be adjusted while roasting. A damper air pressure control allows the operator to set the desired damper air pressure for controlling the airflow through the roaster during fermentation or cooling cycles.

The Inducer will enhance draft and combustion. The unit is designed for air conditioning equipment and compatible with equipment requiring a CMMT heat exchanger to maintain set temperature in medium to large air handling units.

The Lennox 33M70 is an indoor, air-cooled, superimposed dual-fan centrifugal blower motor assembly with a forced air induction system. The induction system uses a draft inducer for pull-through ventilation capability. The blower operating at 10,400 rpm, has a voltage rating of 208/240/277 Vac and 1500 watts maximum output. This motor assembly is appropriate for installation in ducted heating and air-conditioning systems.

The air induction system is designed to provide a flow of air to the inducer, thereby creating an area of low pressure to draw fresh air into the wastewater treatment tank for processing. The blower assembly has an internal motor and impeller wheel assembly and an externally mounted inducer with duct connections.

This assembly is complete for the NH/HL model series Lennox 206, 212, 227 and 33 furnace models. Fits the following blower motors : 36-6007, 36-6008 and 36-6063. Specifically fits Heating Systems Made 2003 to present.

The 33M70 is a four-speed 15,000/12,500/10,000/7,500 CFM induction blower with an aluminum rotor and debris screen. The cast aluminum housing features a manual thermal reset overload protector (reset time approximately 40 seconds) to prevent damage to the motor due to overloading. This inducer is designed for use with Lennox?® forced air residential packaged heating and cooling systems.
