The Lennox 48G58 3PDT 24v CONTACTOR is an electrical device designed to control the flow of electricity in air conditioning and heating systems.

The Lennox® 48G58 3PDT 24v Contactor provides mechanical and electrical switching of loads at 240 VAC with a full-wave bridge design. Integrated circuit protection uses a separate relay function to enable a triac power stage and features monitoring to prevent low line voltage operation.

The Lennox® 48G58 3PDT 24V Contactor offers NEMA 3 R enclosure protection, A indicates the standard control, K indicates contactor body is rated for a compressor or motor starter over 10 HP, S indicates specified motor starter, W indicate only for use with low voltage motors up to 60 Hz and 120/240 Vac rated at 1HP. Transfer Relay Protection includes C for copper temperature rise and L indicates loading coil

The G58/3PDT series is used as a contactor in some solar modules with ratings between 200-280W.
