The Lennox 48G63 Supply Air Sensor is designed specifically to work with the Lennox iComfort communtication systems. The 48G63 Supply Air Sensor measures the temperature of the air coming into your home's air handler. This is crucial to your home comfort system, since stagnant air can cause excessive humidity, mold, mildew and structural damage. One of the most important components of your heating and cooling system, the 48G63 Supply Air Sensor ensures optimum airflow for your home .

The Lennox® 48G63 supply air sensor from Star Instruments features a primary sensing element featuring the patented Envirascan® technology. The Envirascan® technology utilizes a miniature fiber(s) that wraps around supply air tubing to test the filter location, amount of outdoor air leakage, airflow volume and operating pressure. This patented technology continuously monitors indoor and outdoor air, providing a continuous indication of air quality. This unit is compatible with all models of Air Handler or Heat Pump furnaces using a single-stage metering device.

Lennox Supply Air Sensor is a temperature control that monitors the temperature of the air entering the home from the outside. It will protect your system from overheating and freezing.

The Pressure Sensing Supply Air Sensor probe monitors airflow to your air conditioning unit's air handler. The 48G66 and 48G68 probes do not require a mounting magnet, while the 48G63 probe requires a mounting magnet.
