120V Hot Surface Ignitor

The replacement 120V Hot Surface Ignitor is comparable to a standard 1-in x 12-3/8-in long contact rate type. It is composed of a brass sleeve containing a spiral wire armature, attached by an insulated copper lead to a thermally insulated base plate made of nonmetallic material. The insulating material provides a protective case for the motor against radiant heat and is in contact with the face of the heating chamber. The contacts are cold forged brass, plated on both sides and connected to a flange.
