60J00 Ignition Control by Lennox ignites the flame of your wood stove or fireplace and precisely controls it, for complete control of your heating system. With a simple set-up process and easy-to-use dials, this device provides complete management of your heating needs.

The ignition control module is a compact, easy to wire, solid state device that is mounted inside of the furnace or air handler (where permitted) and is used to control the operation of either the gas and/or oil burner or the electric ignition of a gas-fired forced air appliance. The Lennox 60J00 Ignition Control was designed to replace obsolete Montauk or Trane XCI systems.

The ignition control models are designed to operate the following Lennox® gas furnaces with electronic ignition and modulating gas valve designs: 100HM, 101HM, 102HM, 105HM, 200A2, 210B, 250A2, 260C3, 280C3

The ignition control is designed to provide the best combustion performance and maximum energy savings. The system has a key-to-ignition function, which requires the user to insert a key into the ignition control, thereby enabling the ignition of natural gas. The unit monitor capability ensures that there is no tampering with the natural gas system for added safety and security.

Another product combining ignition and control into one miniature package is the LENNOX 60J00 . This innovative ignition control unit contains all of the features found in larger units, including selectable time delay, hysteresis and auto ignition shut-off. It also has a built-in flame failure switch with a user specified lock-out period. It can be manually wired or hardwired to heater or burner terminals.

The 60J00 is a 120 VAC wired ignition control with a status indicator light, and an integral variable speed limit switch that allows accurate oven modulation.
