The 350F/MR is rated for use without interlocks in accordance with NEC 250-95, Type FC. It is not intended for use in commercial or industrial applications where frequent operation would be required.

The 350F/R rollout switch is recommended for gas furnaces that require a manual reset. It should be installed for each heating or cooling stage and wired in series with one or two 100F M-R Thermostats.

The Lennox 98M86 is a hard-wired electrical overload device for use with air conditioners, heat pumps and furnaces. This particular model is a one-inch rollout switch that can be mounted horizontally on the back of the unit. It's used to control indoor units or outdoor condensing units and comes with an enclosure structure that's completely metal, except for the wiring terminals and plastic insulator at the outlet end.
