The A.O. Smith/A.O. Smith Flammable Vapor Sensor/Bracket is designed for use with CA1800 Central Vacuum Systems, but can also be used with many other similar systems. The unit will provide quiet, high efficiency differential pressure switching needed to trigger CA1800 machines to change airflow patterns or shut the machine down when the filter becomes blocked. Note: When using this item with BLE10011100A, CA1800CA1CA1850, and CA2504 machines conversion kits are required to run both standard filter bags and HEPA Filters

This A.O. Smith 100110832 Flammable Vapor Sensor/Bracket is for outdoor use only. It is used to monitor the level of flammable vapors in a liquid storage tank or vessel and shut off an electric circuit to a heating element when the level is too high.

This flammable vapor sensor/bracket is perfect for when you need to mount an alarm in close proximity to a tank. Use in conjunction with the primary/secondary Model 5400V gas detector, which can be mounted up to 300 feet away by itself. The Model 5400V is self-calibrating and emits an audio/visual warning in the event of a leak in air or liquid applications. Gives you additional options for mounting your detector.

The AOS Flammable Vapor Sensor connects to your furnace's thermostat to detect vapors from sources such as portable heaters, space heaters, or arson fires. The sensor signals you that vapors are present by switching the furnace off and turning on the blower. The bracket (sold separately) can be wall mounted or used horizontally via screw holes 5/8 x 32.
