The Modutrol IV motor features a 300 lb-in torque r at 25 amps continuous and 40 amps peak. The standard IEEE-488 2-pin power connector (ac power application) is built into the back of the motor and self grounding IEEE 488 power cords are supplied by National Instruments for use with the Modutrol IV Control System.

Traditional wrenches require both a left and a right-hand wrench for both clockwise and counterclockwise rotation. The Modutrol IV motor can be used as a non-Integral Variable Speed Motor (NIVSM) to replace hard to find motors. It features the same size and mounting as the NIVSM family, and works in all Modutrol Controller models.
