This model has a 2-plug connector which enables it to connect to the WITRONIC 2 Remote Control Thermostat (not included in this offer) The TEMP SENSOR is used in conjunction with the thermostat to control boiling temperature during rapid mode for gas and hard coal-fired boilers.

This accessory allows you to track the internal temperature of food while it cooks on your existing MAMAC mini-kitchen charcoal or electric grill. With a built-in LCD screen, stainless steel probe, and multiple timer settings, you can make sure that your food reaches the correct temperature - and when it does, an alarm will sound letting you know!

The TE205-P-12 is a small, battery powered sensor that can be used to monitor the temperature inside a refrigerator or freezer. With the unit you will receive two, #20 gauge wire leads that are 12 inches in length, an additional wire lead with nine different connector tips allowing you to easily connect the sensor to all types of power sources, and a 9-volt battery for powering the transmitter.
