The Webster OSV-38 Oil Safety Valve 3/8" is a replacement oil safety valve (OSV) for most restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries. These type of valves can be used for the systems that provide professional range hood and built-in oven ventilation. Use to shut off oil cooler lines or vents in the event of line separation or rupture while dispensing dangerous oil vapors. The spring-loaded ball valve will automatically close when an overpressure condition is detected.

The Webster Oil Safety Valve 3/8" is used for transferring oil under pressure from a gravity tank to an engine using a suction pump. An internal spring pressure prevents flow back into the tank. Used in conjunction with all Webster pumps.
