The P100AC-1C P100AC-1C 5-20# OPENS ON FALL; AUTO RESET is loaded with features. It's 100% copper windings are high quality, 2-stage motor allows for fast opening and closing, reed switch detects door position, low profile armature reduces weight, high strength die cast aluminum drive gear is standard, and its twin plunger design provides more positive force and quieter operation. This unit is available with a Delrin platter and a No Oil option where the extra oiling has been eliminated to provide more cost effective units.

The AC Series has an exclusive 3" Maximum-Life Bearing, which extends component life. Other features include all welded frame and horizontal adjustment brackets, adjustable friction pads on counterweights for fast fall applications. The P100AC-1C is rated at 15# and has an operating force of 0.75" - 1.25".

The P100AC-1C is a single-throw solenoid valve that opens the gas supply to the burner on fall-of-coil. The valve will open if 5 to 20 pounds of force is applied to it. The reset button will return the control to the off position.

The P100AC-1C spring complies with UL STD 1236 and ANSI/RESNA WC19 for single use application. The P100AC-1C is designed with a constant force of 5# to 20# , the full force is applied when opened from a closed, locked position. When released from full force, the spring returns toward a locked position without restricting travel.

The P100AC-1C Door Operator is a high-capacity counterweighted operator that provides positive door closure and automatic reset. It uses the industry's only motorized deadbolt for superior strength, and far more cycles than any other product in its class.

This thermostat is designed to work with baseboard, convector and fan coil units. The sleek electronic dial has a protective cover and 10 amp resettable circuit breaker for overload protection. It installs easily on walls and may be used with any compatible Johnson Controls thermostat coverage sensor (sold separately).

Designed for special applications where additional over-travel protection when closing is required, the P100AC-1C is normally mounted in pairs on doors, gates, transfer tables, etc. This unit is actuated by finger pressure only and is not actuated by impact or weight. The optional limit switch kit, lever up/lever down kit and end switch kit are available for special applications.
