SINGLE POLE HIGH PRESSURE CONTROL R
Our high pressure controls are capable of operating at pressures up to 400 psi (2,750 kPa) SINGLE POLE - Controls refrigerant flow ON or OFF and requires a normally open sensing line.
single-pole, single-throw high pressure control relays with a 100 psi to 400 psi range, full wave bridge rectifier, and capillary tube sensing element. A thermistor or RTD sensing element is available for the controller's freeze protection feature. These are designed specifically for use with liquefied petroleum gases (LPG) and other non-corrosive refrigerants.
The Johnson Controls 3513 is an on/off only control that can be used in many applications. This high pressure control is used for refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation systems. The 3513 is a 100psi to 400psi Normally Closed (NC) single pole High Pressure Cycling Control. It does not have a low side port. This is an on/off only control that can be used in many applications.
These products are available with single pole or dual pole medium and high pressure controls.
Johnson Controls' High Pressure Controller of the Series 3514 is a control that is suited for industrial and commercial refrigeration equipment applications with noncorrosive refrigerants. It operates as a single pole, single throw relay, and is typically used on high pressure commercial or industrial refrigeration equipment to control condenser fan motor speeds for variable tubing pressure. The controller has two input terminals, one common terminal, one coil output terminal, and one swich output terminal. The unit is rated for frequency response at 20 – 250 Hz and features a side placed square cabinet knob for operator convenience.
The JCI 3514 is a single-pole, single throw fan cycling control for non-corrosive refrigerants. The 3514 is rated to 100 psig (6.8 bar) and 400 psig (27.6 bar) with a 3/4" pipe thread connection. It is used in air conditioning and refrigeration systems to automatically regulate fan cycling to provide outside air for ventilation or cooling according to manufacturer's recommended settings within the system. The low-pressure switch is set at 70% of the minimum open position on the high-pressure switch.
The 3514 Series is a single-pole, single throw (SPST) on/off cycling control that uses commercial grade air switches designed for noncorrosive refrigerants and corrosive refrigerants. The switch contains ceramic contact components and stainless steel springs and other components for long life and high durability. Monitors 36? capillary and 1/4? flare-nut connections.
