The Rheem Ruud Eon ECM Motor 1 hp is suited for open loop systems in residential and business applications to run pumps, refrigeration, and air conditioning. This motor requires a condenser.

The Eon ECM DC motor delivers an impressive 1 hp of continuous torque and 1400 rpm of power. The ECM motor can handle start up currents equivalent to a 3 hp induction motor, making it suitable for 24 volt DC air handlers with high inlet air temperatures. Super quiet operation from the integrated electronics includes soft starting and reversing.
