An explosion-proof switch for use in Type 1, Group D1 and D2 hazardous (classified) locations per IECEx and AS/NZS 8570. It has a built-in thermocouple and is suitable for use in all positions with voltage ranging from 24 VAC to 32 VAC. It is type S1-02435265000, rated 0.55/1.20 On Fall - SPNO (sound pressure operated normally open).

This switch is designed for use in the air conditioning industry to switch the compressor on or off. It is fitted with a resettable mechanically held SPNO contact rated at 0.55/1.20A @ 50/70V AC and has adapted ON ON, OFF OFF terminals.

The 7200 series of switches are automatic air pressure switches that normally close on air pressure rise up to 1.20" W.C (28mm Hg) and open on pressure drop to 0.55" W.C (16mm Hg) with soft-touch air supply on fall through air preventing the switch from resetting while the air supply is active. The normally closed (N.C.) terminals are equipped with screw lock terminal block connections, while the normally open (N.O.) terminals are designed for wire connections. There are two colors of actuator available which are blue for non-illum

The YS1 Air Pressure Switch (SPNO) switch provides 24 VDC power to the air system. The pressure switch activates when the air pressure reaches the set point (+/- 0.55 in WC). The pressure switch contacts provide power to the compressor Assembly when energized.

The S1-02435265000 is a SPNO (shut off on fall) switch for air conditioners. It integrates the following functions: Automatically switches off after detecting system overcurrent; relay contact for consuming less power; safe and reliable; Two models are available, i.e. 1 phase, 2 wires (S1 model) and 3 phases, 4 wires (B model).

This switch will close on an increase in pressure of approximately .55 PSI or greater when placed in the OFF position and will open on a decrease in pressure of approximately 1.20 PSI or greater when placed in the ON position.
