This Inducer Vent Assembly is a replacement part manufactured by NYCO for York.

The York 55-00004 Inducer Vent Assembly has a single function, to introduce outdoor air into the combustion system of the furnace. This piece is directly connected to the gas valve assembly and is located between the furnace cabinet and the draft inducer.

The Inducer Vent Assembly (IVA) is designed to provide the correct amount of gas for efficient and effective operation in commercial cooking. If your IVA is not working correctly, it may shut down when there is excess grease in the system or not enough oil when it should be working.

The Inducer Vent Assembly includes the inducer, flue collar, damper, and flue liner that measure 1 inch in diameter. The inducer vent assembly is compatible with select models of York gas heating products.

Keep things fresh and draft-free with the Ideal Inducer Vent Assembly from York. This vent is designed to fit select 1/4" gas or electric baseboards. It allows warm or hot air from appliances, such as ovens, fireplaces, and furnaces to vent directly from a finished room to a garage or outside.
