FLAME SENSOR

YORK's FLAME SENSOR is specifically designed to sense the flame of your natural gas grill. Connected to your natural gas source via household gas piping, it monitors gas flow and alerts you by turning the cooling fan off whenever combustion is impaired due to an obstruction or if your gas supply pressure drops.

The Flame Sensor detects any flame presence inside the fireplace, turning off the gas supply if it detects a fire. The Sensor is simple to install, easy to use and is available with the same flame spreader combination as the torch. It turns itself off automatically at midnight.

Keep your grill and home safe and eliminate the need for a flame with the new Flame Sensor. This sensor will read your grill temperature and stop the flow of gas if an unsafe condition is detected – such as flare-ups, obstructions in the burner ports, excess amounts of water or lava rocks in the burners or an extremely low grill temperature.
