The Flame Sensor is used to keep a draft hood or gas appliance from working when drafts from fireplace, wood stove, gas fireplace are present and prevent carbon monoxide poisonings. They are easy to install the flame sensor has many benefits if you don't have the safety device installed on your gas fireplace, gas logs, gas logs inserts , oil/propane fireplace or pellet stove could have a carbon monoxide poisoning or cause an explosion or fire. The flame sensor will give you peace of mind by monitoring your fireplace, wood stove, gas fireplace , gas logs and pellet stove while you are not home.

The YORK Flame Sensor is a device that allows you to monitor the flame status of a fireplace or wood stove's pilot light. This compact unit features a simple digital display and a high temperature alarm which can alert you to potential problems with your fireplace. The Flame Sensor sends this information to your YRT-300 thermostat, which can shut off the gas supply if the flame should go out.

The Flame sensor detects mains gas or LPG leak. It shuts off the gas supply in the event of a leak by de-energizing the solenoid valve.

Our YS1 Flame Sensor can be used in industrial and residential gas furnaces as an early warning of pilot flame failure. This flame sensor is compatible for use with a wide range of gas types including: Natural Gas, Propane, LP, and Hydronic (oil-fired). The sensor is designed for applications in forced draft and induced draft style burners. This Flame Sensor is UL Recognized to ANSI Z21.60/CAN/CSA C22.2#27 for general use, or MSS-SP108 for natural gas applications.

The York Flame Sensor is intended for use with York HRV-BW units and provides a visual indication of combustion air flow. The flame sensor has an integral flame detector that is mounted on a universal base and can fit in the 19" opening of any York HRV-BW unit.
