SERVICE KIT - WAVEGUIDE for Turbo Chef – Part# ENC-3008 – The wave guide attaches underneath the bottom plate.

The ENC-3008 Service Kit for Turbo Chef includes: Waveguide (ENC-3004), Waveguide O-Ring (ENC-3106), and Flame Guide (ENC-3009). When replacing the Waveguide in your Turbo Chef, these items should always be replaced at the same time. You should then calibrate your oven using the steps provided in your owner's manual.

Add a touch of elegance to your TurboChef oven with a new Waveguide. Main part number is ENC-3008.

PLEASE NOTE: THE SERVICE KIT FOR THE TURBOCHEF II - MODEL ENC4005, PART NUMBER ENC-3008, IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH MODEL ENC4005. IT IS INTENDED FOR THE TURBOCHEF II - MODEL ENC4006.

The WAVEGUIDE will be provided for a service fee if your machine is under warranty or if it has been determined that your burners have a manufacturer defect.

The Waveguide is essential to the Turbo. It helps maintain consistent cooking temperatures, protects food from hot or cool air changes, and helps guide heat into the Turbo's cooking chamber.
