With FLAME SENSORS package, you have the opportunity to replace a faulty flame sensor (in case your system is equipped with a flame sensor). Includes Flame Sensor and 10 Feet Purple Flame Sensor Wire.

The Flame Sensor senses gas and fire and sounds a warning alarm in the built-in audible alarm of this device.

The Flame Sensor is to be used with the 1150 Air Conditioner.

This accessory, in conjunction with the F-Series Combustion Assembly (ICC) is designed to replace the Flame Sensor (FS), Mounting Bracket (MB), three screws, and a wiring harness on an F-Series Combustion Assembly. It has been designed and tested under laboratory conditions for temperature, flammability, surge voltage, and vibration. The Flame Sensor is for use with the F-100, F-200 and F-300 Combustion Assemblies.

A flame sensor is a safety device which turns off the gas supply to a gas appliance before the flame can pass an open area in the combustion chamber. It is a protection device which prevents a dangerous overpressure of gases in the room or building. These flame sensors detect the presence of flame and sound an audible alarm if you have a leak, smell gas, or have any doubt that the appliance is working properly.
