Our Thermostat, Cube Size is designed to control the first-in, last out (FILO) operation of your Scotsman Ice System. The thermostat protects against overheating and freezing, ensuring a consistent level of quality ice.

The Cube Size Thermostat for Cubes up to 12-inch x 10-inch x 8-inch high allows you to keep food frozen until ready to use, and can be placed on top of the ice bin or under the set. It automatically controls the temperature from 7°F -22°F (-14°C – -8°C). Dimensions: 1.5"dia., 3 H.
