3/4" SWEAT TWO WAY ZONE VALVE BODY

These zone valves are designed for use as a single control to regulate the flow of water to two separate zones with one handle you can control both valves simultaneously. The valves are a 3/4 inch sweat connection, 4.6 cv with 2 way discharge. The rugged polycarbonate bonnet/body is strength tested to 150 lbs. The valve is some times used when you have a long distance piping run or low GPM requirement and the piping restricts access to the valve body for adjustment or maintenance, and this eliminates the need for a two piece unit with remote actuator. It also eliminates any problems of vibration causing leakage

This two-way zone valve has a body diameter of 3/4 inch and its operation is ¼ turn. It includes a four-position (spring loaded) knife edged lever handle and its spindle length is 7/8 inch. The valve body of 4.6 Cv is for hot water heating/cooling applications. It requires less space because of its compact design. This valve may be required for regulating flow of water in industrial, commercial, and domestic applications such as residential, apartments, bathrooms, laundries, kitchens or washrooms.

Two way zone valve body allows for supply and return to be run on the same line. When used in cooling or heating, the same line can be operated as a heat pump or air conditioner. The Honeywell 13425, Inc. Cartridge Cage Valve is designed for use in compatible cartridges for two-way air valves. It features a single actuator block that opens to both ports. The Z-bar/V-bar control design is optimal for service pressure applications or applications where the valve is normally closed and frequently switched between open and closed, such as with a comfort control system. This zone valve body comes in a durable steel cage that protects internal components from debris and contamination, for long operating life.
