"AVERAGING DUCT SENSOR

The TAJI0 "AVERAGING DUCT SENSOR analyzes the performance of HVAC systems and provides a numeric analysis of effectiveness.Averaging Duct Sensors are designed as a replacement for conventional temperature sensors in conventional duct-on-duct airflow measurement. The TAJI0 "AVERAGING DUCT SENSOR is used to accurately measure air temperature and airflow across multiple sections of the air duct system within a facility.

The TAJIO "AVERAGING DUCT SENSOR is designed to be placed into the supply vent of an air conditioning or heating system and measure total airflow over a period of time. It contains a single-core cable that connects to a wired remote display, also available from Veris Industries. The TAJIO can use multiple sensors simultaneously for averaging purposes.

The TAJI-O "Averaging duct sensor is an eddy current device that is used to measure the airflow in a duct or plenum. The TAJI-O is rugged, easy to set up and operate, has a large measurement range of 100 CFM-8,000 CFM, high accuracy and repeatability. The gauge measures the average airflow between two pressure taps located in series on the probe, allowing the user to move the two pressure taps through the length of the duct or plenum to compute an average velocity along that path. The taking advantage of a new averaging algorithm available for use

The TAJI0 "Averaging Duct Sensor is an ideal solution for monitoring a damp environment or for measuring temperature variations in ducts. The TAJI0 features a 2/3- in diameter sensing element that allows installation in small spaces and can be used for direct insertion into ducts or for mounting to a flat surface. The TAJI0 is normally used with an external temperature controller. It features 4–20 mA current loop output and a thermistor temperature sensor that exhibits linearity and repeatable characteristics over many years of use.

The TAJI0 AVERAGING DUCT SENSOR is used in commercial HVAC equipment for detecting the change in temperature in a duct. It is designed to average out a wide range of conditions, such as when there is low heat, no air flow, or high heat and low air flow. It can be used with most control boards that can accept 0-5VDC input.  There are only about 60 of them in the whole United States!

Tajimi's TAJI0 is an averaging duct sensor and air quality monitor.

The TAJI0 duct sensor is designed to monitor the CO concentration, temperature, and relative humidity of the air in a gas- or oil-fired space heater. Averaging is essential for detecting either lack of combustion air (CO buildup) or combustion efficiency (Lack of CO buildup). This averaging feature allows these phenomena to be detected quickly and accurately at points along the ductwork where they may not cause symptoms that are detectable at the furnace.
