THREADED 2-PROBE FITTING

The Warrick-Gems 3E2B THREADED 2-PROBE FITTING is designed to decrease labor time and material costs. The fitting is used for pipe, tubing or conduit, plastic or copper, ¾" to 1½" tubing with a thickness of up to twice the wall thickness of the pipe. The fitting features a 2" by 2" probe area with a 1½" clearance. The fitting is supplied with two threaded sockets: one ¾"-16 NPT socket for detection and one ½"-20 UNF socket for cooling. A gunmetal gray Threaded 2-Probe Fitting with the Warrick-Gems logo imprinted on the side is included in this package. This fitting includes 1/4" NPT female and 1/4" male threads for easy connection of two temperature probes, such as a meat probe and a pit probe, to your controller. The 3E2B (Threaded Two Probe Fitting) incorporates a threaded fitting, which is designed for the installation of threaded thermocouples and thermistors. All Sensors and Controls fittings satisfy DIN EN 50205 requirements and are interchangeable with other manufacturer's versions of this fitting.

A threaded 2-probe fitting module with mechanical contact (MCA) type thread plugs for use with a Warrick-Gems 3E2 series thermocouple or RTD sensing cable. It has one pair of threaded probe-mounting holes and the other pair of holes are non-threaded to accept a strain relief clamp.

Easily connect Acti-Kool and Therma-Kool sensors to thermocouples on Warrick-Gems controllers using the 3E2B Threaded 2-probe fitting.

The 2-probe fitting serves as a multi-purpose temperature transmitter and can test the temperature of water and/or steam in a piping system. The combination of metals contained in all system components engineering is designed to be compatible with most liquids. The high quality 316 stainless steel, which is considered 250 times more corrosion resistant than standard plated fittings, provides harmless chemical resistance to the probe.
