Plug-In I/O BOM ECO2 is a pluggable solution, which combines three power modules with three I/O modules. It provides a platform to use in order to create or extend data acquisition and process control systems in your machine.

Plug-In I/O BOM ECO2 Power Supplies is the control power supply certified up to 96% efficient at 5Vsb with a very high hold-up time of 17ms that provides energy-efficiency up to 50% compared to the industry standard. The DC/DC converter solution with a very high efficiency of 94% with the 80PLUS certificate delivers high system durability and reliability.

Created with a focus on energy efficiency and control, it is the industry's most intelligent boiler controller. Monitor, setpoints and change from any device, anywhere in the world. The Plug-In I/O BOM ECO2 is an all-in-one intelligent controller that installs easily into a new or existing gas or oil boiler or water heater.

The plug-in I/O BOM ECO2 contains two devices: a relay and an indicator lamp. Relay contacts are normally open (NO), and the relay coil is energized when the coil is activated, closing the relay contacts. The device's electrical contacts are rated for 120 Vac, maximum. The relay circuit includes resistors to limit the current that passes through the coil. The indicator lamp illuminates when there is power at its input side.

Plug-in I/O BOM ECO2 - Dimmable integrated LED light fixture part of the ECO series. This fixture can be controlled by wall dimmers or programmable controllers. The eco2 incorporates 2 lamp heads, 6 LED heads, 6 slide dimming switches, 6 slide on/off switches and 24V bulbs bulbs included.

This new system reduces the amount of energy your HVAC system uses by monitoring and synthesizing current weather conditions, external heat gain or heat loss through windows, doors, and skylights, time of day, day of week, and more. It automatically creates an optimized schedule for your HVAC system to deliver the desired comfort level virtually eliminating excessive heating or cooling capacity.

The Plug-In I/O ECO2 with i-ECO technology provides an affordable, advanced technology thermostat with the highest energy efficiency for heating and cooling applications. The Plug-In I/O ECO2 is equipped with an internal temperature sensor to monitor temperature within the thermostat, allowing for increased flexibility and programming options.

The control panel for the BOM ECO2 is designed to operate the system without any programming, other than setting to an appropriate time of day clock. Up to six keypads can be connected tot he control panel, although only four can be set up at any one time for ease of programming and operation.

The ECO2 is a universal, modular I/O platform that provides a configurable I/O infrastructure capable of supporting applications from simple to complex. The ECO2 is designed for easy assembly using the Plug-In terminal blocks.

The bottom mount Plug-in I/O air handler offers 3,000 cubic feet of cooling capacity per hour, utilizing R410A refrigerant. The all-aluminum scroll compressor is covered by a 5-year warranty, and the other components are backed by York's 90-day limited warranty. This unit is available with or without an inverter to run the compressor directly off of the grid.

Plugs directly into your wall, and it's automatically powered off of the existing 120V line. It has a tip-sensitive top panel with adjustable backlight brightness (which is controlled by pressing on the panel), and a large power button that shows you whether or not it is powered. Plugs into any standard outlet, and is made with safety in mind - safety adapters are included, and the outlets only accept plugs with 3-prongs in a specific pattern.
