1/2" X 1/2" STANDING PILOT GAS

A standing pilot gas valve (SPV) maintains pilot flame on high-limit gas valve (HLGV) for a specified time upon electrical power disconnection. Electric power is cut off when the tank content reaches an adjustable level. The HLGV and SPV are normally open valves in the flow path to the burner assembly and act only to control burner flame, not to provide any shutoff function. For added protection against severe drafts or dryer vent blockage, an automatic fuel shutoff may be installed in series with the spark igniter.

Non-adjustable flame pilot with high gas capacity for large burner (1/2" X 1/2"), used between 2,000 and 4,000 BTU.
