The Flame Sensor is a flame- or fire-sensing device that used for state-of-the-art control strategies of gas and solid fuel appliances.   It combines the benefits of eddy current technology with sensing elements in a sealed housing for increased protection of the sensing element against dirt and debris along with safety features that prevent inadvertent shutoff in the event of interruption to the power supply.
