The SENSOR-FLAME thermocouple is a precision instrument consisting of two legs (a resistor and a heated wire) that touch the burners on your gas grill. It measures burner flame zone temperature. The SENSOR-FLAME changes color to match the temperature of the burners. Thus, there is a direct correlation between burner flame zone temperature and sensor color.

The SENSOR-FLAME is for use with the Armstrong Air Integrated Heat Pump (IHP) furnaces. The SENSOR-FLAME controls the heat output of the furnace to regulate both fan run time and temperature within the home.

Our SENSOR-FLAME sensors improve the performance of your gas furnace by decreasing cycling while maintaining maximum comfort and efficiency. These Sensor-Flame replacement parts are designed specifically for use with select Armstrong Carrier furnaces and heaters. A-1908663 replaces A-1900697, A-1736676, A-1927246, and A-1924123. Includes all the necessary parts for your installation. Refer to your owner's manual if you need assistance in identifying your replacement parts and accessories.
