The C cap fin 7™ is an all-aluminum , heat exchanger coil providing high performance and maintenance-free operation that makes comfort solutions more economical. The patented design allows the unit to coil tightly into an orifice for the production of controlled air velocities in the evaporator coil. This feature minimizes the amount of cooling energy required, especially at suction gas temperatures above 75 degrees F (24 degrees C) where optimizing energy efficiency can be costly.

Durable and weather resistant, this "off the shelf" evaporator coil features the unique AlumaFin™ jacket that doesn't require leak testing or relining like other coil jackets. Includes 21 in. Top and 25 in. bottom insulation for a long-lasting solution.

This unit provides maximum comfort with minimum noise, using a heavier gauge coil construction that helps provide lower sound levels. The unit comes with an inlet air temperature sensor to regulate the inside evaporator temperature and help reject heat effectively and cycle during conditions with rapid temperature changes. This model comes with an orifice expansion device to allow gas mixture flow to the compressors such that working pressures are not exceeded.

This new compact rooftop coil provides an ideal solution for large air conditioning units. Orifice tubes and expansion devices were not supplied with the initial start-up and are not available separately because of the difficulty to install.
