McDonnell & Miller 4092 1/2" In-line High Sensitivity Flow Control Gauge measures from 0 to 60 PSI with a pressure range of 0 to 2000 psi. It has a brass body with zero adjustment, durable nylon face with a high flow 1/4" NPT female inlet and male outlet. Includes a stainless steel zero adjustment ring and a rectangular face engraved with red markings. It has brass bonnets and an aluminum bezel.

Our new high sensitivity flow instrument does not use an internal potentiometer. Instead, it uses a passive processor that is not subject to wear over time. The one-piece, pot-free instrument uses a mechanical magnetic impeller powered by the liquid itself to measure flow or pressure. The magnetic activation system has no moving parts to jam, break, corrode or leak. The effect? Higher reliability and more precise measurements.

The 4092 is a 5 sensor flow control that provides remote display of 4 independent flow readings with a 5-segment water volume indicator and a direct reading of total water volume. The four in-line flowmeters have a unique optical sensor that measures the amount of water flowing at high sensitivity while giving a clear indication of how full the flowmeter reservoir is. Sensor failures are easily detected as the meter will display intermittent flashing (ranging from 1 flash per second to 1 flash per 10 seconds).
