It can be used to open and close liquid or gas valves for remote oil burner control.

A 1/2"" 24 VAC/VDC solenoid valve designed to operate in a normally closed position. Designed for gas shut-off applications such as boilers, furnaces and other equipment requiring gaseous fuel shutdown. The valve is supplied with one internal pilot low pressure gas port and two external low pressure gas ports. Valve is designed to support up to 250 CFH. Flows 150 inlet gas CFH (14 in WG) supported by 18 psi."
