The Platinum Temperature Sensor with 1k Ohm Platinum RTD and standard 0.5m (20") cable can be used to control room temperature by modulating the volumes of HVAC systems.

This platinum-type Temperature Sensor is designed to monitor air temperature between 50°F (10°C) and 120°F (50°C). This control can be used with the wall mount thermostat/controller TE6324P-1 or with other Johnson Controls equipment.

The TE-6324P can be used as a point or as a multi-point temperature sensor which works from -25 to 150 degrees Celsius. It monitors air temperature and other ambient conditions that you want to keep within a certain range. With this platinum version, it is recommended for use as a local heater.

The TE-6324P-1 is a platinum resistance on a 2.5 meter cable with an SMA connector on one end and on the other, an IEC 60130-4 4 m connector. The SMA connector allows the sensor to be connected directly into readout or control system while the IEC 60130-4 connector permits direct connection into an HVAC control panel.
