The Honeywell 35552 DialSet Pressure Reducing Valve 3 inch - /U DS05-c6/U reduces "potential for re-flash of fire causing agents while still maintaining thorough venting. Designed to be highly functional in plastic pipe and with reduced pressure drop, this valve also performs well on metallic piping."

The 35552 Series DS05 Pressure Reducing Valve is used in water distribution systems to reduce water pressure and deliver consistent flow. The pressure reducing valve controls the flow as well as protects lines from excessively high water pressure. The valve has a cast iron construction with a stainless steel spring for added corrosion resistance in applications where high acidity or chlorides are present.

The 35552 is a flow control device that provides back pressure and prevent downstream air or fluid loss. This device is mainly used in conjunction with oxygen concentrators to control the flow of oxygen bypassing the patient. The DS05-c6 comes standard with six feet of tubing to connect to the source of pressure, while remaining on the patient's side.

This is a brand new, never used, aftermarket replacement part and is not made by the manufacturer of the original part.

The 35552 is designed to replace 55001 and 55002 pressure regulators on 90% of gas fueled household appliances. This includes portable furnaces, boilers, water heaters - hoses and valves. The 35552 has a dial-a-pressure valve and enables you to adjust the pressure at which your appliance functions. When changing your burner/furnace from LP to Natural gas, you must change the regulator from LP to Natural gas in order to reduce the excess pressure.
