In this kit, you will receive an Amp Conn (Part No. 8262423) and a probe assembly with SS fitting (Part No. 8262420). This kit contains the parts necessary to connect an older Frymaster fryer to the newer digital controller, eliminating the need to purchase a new motherboard/controller when replacing these connections.

With the Probe Assembly Kit, you can connect your thermal sensor to a Frymaster RS-2608R or RS-290 cooking oil fryer's SS port with a 1/2 in. compression fitting. This is a genuine replacement part supplied by Frymaster, and the kit includes all the parts needed to make a safe connection.
