BENEFIT: This kit contains parts to convert a Honeywell 2425 linkage valve with 160 lbs. or 320 lbs. torque to modutrol IV, a 1.5 hp ECM motor.

The 2425 linkage can be used with the Modutrol IV panel mounted motor for 160 or 320 lbs valves. (Catalog Number 24-4100-01)

The Honeywell 2425 linkage (1/4 HP minimum required) includes a new bell crank and linkages designed for use with modutrol IV motors. This kit comes complete with 2 1/2'' linkage, 160 or 320 lb. valve, pilot and 3' cable.

The Honeywell 2425 linkage is designed to work with both the 160 lb. and 320 lb. modutrol iv electric valves.

This valve linkage is used with the modutrol IV variable speed motors.

Constructed of notched steel link chain with hardened steel pivots. This valve linkage is designed to releasably engage the valve and transmit valve motion to the motor shaft, eliminating cotter pins or set screws used on other valve linkage. Corrosion resistant steel parts and stainless steel pivot pins and screws are standard. Available in two strengths to accommodate operating pressures from 100 to 1600 psi (6.9 to 103 bar).

The Honeywell 2425 linkage has a Series 2425 (158000-004) or Series 2425M (158000-006) valve built into the linkage. This 4-way valve is supported by an ATS-20 mounting plate. The positioning yoke does not provide limit switches.
