The RHEEM Relief Valve is simple and durable relief valve. All the necessary parts are included for installation. It has a fully adjustable design that includes PRV register mounting bracket and pipe connection sold separately.

Here's an extra layer of security with the Relief Valve that allows you to maintain a more consistent water temperature and it's automatically controlled by the water heater. This is part of the Ruud Pressure Balance System to help balance the Hot Water and Cold Water in your system while providing the hot water you need at all times.

Rheem and Ruud models SP8346 and 7PP510001 through 7PP510051 are equipped with a factory installed Relief Valve. These valves can be visually identified by the presence of 2 or 3 UPC stickers on the valve cover.
