The Johnson Controls P32AF-1C is our most sensitive differential pressure switch for measuring extremely low vacuum pressures, down to 0.003 in. wg turndown. It features its stainless steel 316L housing that provides crisp, repeatable adjustments needed in vacuum metering applications.

Simple & Sensitive - This differential pressure switch is set for 50psi drop when in manual mode, and when in automatic mode, the preset differential of 0 to 15 PSI is maintained. The high level feature allows a user to select a high limit of 100 PSI in case pressure rises above the preset differential value.

The P32AF-1C is a positive displacement pressure control switch that is designed to continuously monitor and control dampers, valves, beacons, louvers, or similar devices. The air pressure switch provides a specific differential pressure level as signal input signal. It can measure pressure from 0 to 5 psi and it outputs 4 to 20 mA current loop signal. This device contains precision miniature balanced diaphragm inside its hermetic stainless steel case that keep the output signal stable over a wide range of installation conditions.

This pressure switch is calibrated to sense pressures of 0.5" WC differential pressure. The on/off knob produces an output signal on terminals 2 and 5 when the zero position of the knob is reached. This is the same position as the gauge pointer on the face of the transmitter. Terminal 2 makes a direct connection with ground through a .01 microfarad capacitor loaded by 500 ohms. Terminal 5 is connected to terminal 1 through 500 ohms.
