VaporStat® Controller, a high-quality, pressure-activated switch with a resettable control timer that is adjustable between 0 and 4 psi (standard).

VAPORSTAT Controllers are normally applied to single stage heating systems only. The control's off-on switch energizes one of the two wires entering the controller case, which in turn energizes one side of the pilot. Application of a thermostat calling for heating will energize both wires, opening both sides of the pilot and energizing both relays. The main power relay will close and lock-in the contacts, allowing power to flow to the main burner heating element.

These Vaporstat controllers are designed to replace single or multi-stage aneroid and mechanical controllers. They control gas/vapor oil flow by varying oil pressure to the motor and also compensate for changes in motor conditions. The units are used in a variety of commercial, industrial and recreational applications.
