1" 2W BALL VALVE 11.7CV; SS TRIM SPRING OPENPROP C
Johnson Controls' 1" 2W BALL VALVE 11.7CV; SS TRIM SPRING OPENPROP C , Product # 283451 (also referenced as 328251), 27-19880, has an ePID controller. The ePID controller is made for use with Johnson Control's 2-Wire Temp Sensor, which allows for remote temperature measurement and control to optimize energy efficiency.
OpenProp valves are designed to optimize flow control for positive pressure applications. The unique design of the 1" 2W Ball Valve, including a ball check valve, allows for almost uninterrupted fluid flow while providing reliable control over the direction of the fluid being controlled. This unique design also features a stainless steel trim spring that will not freeze or stick in cold applications.
This ball valve has a 1/2" female NPT inlet connection, a 16mm x 1.5mm male NPT outlet connection, and an 18mm straight through trim with a square sided spring-open prop C plug with a square-sided opening on the outlet body.
Our 11/2 in. two-way ball valve assembly comes standard with a spring operator featuring stainless steel trim, dual on/off ports, and 150 psi working pressure maximum. This option is specifically designed for use with the following valves:
When it comes to Johnson Controls' 75 million valves sold, one valve is tops. It's the Ball Valve, #1 in Valve Sales Worldwide. Now with industry leading Actuation Technologies, including Pneumatic Valve Actuation (PVA) and Solenoid Control (SC), Johnson Controls has made their all-time best 7500 series valve even better. Each ball valve is engineered with a zinc or steel body and trim, thermoplastic bonnet and seats; Locking air control; Flanged ends; Temperature range: -20 F (-29 C) to 400 F (204 C); Line pressure:
Johnson Controls' Econolift gas valves combine rugged design with superior performance. The Econolift valves' trim is machined from stainless steel, and the poppet seat and disc seat are constructed of heat-treated brass. The 2-way solenoid coil is constructed with tin plated copper wire to provide longer life and less restriction.
Exclusive design for easy installation, maintenance and replacement. Controls models QCCK25, QCCK30, QCCW25, QCCW30U; Heat Controller HRB; Bracket RBC; Hardwire Trim Kit JFTRYPIC20; Hardwire Trim Kit (Legacy) JFTRYPIC10
Ball valves are designed for use in low-pressure, volatile fluids when electric or pneumatic control is not desired or possible. The ball style seal and bronze stem provide positive handling and service life, while the fully seated and Viton® PTFE valve packing provide continuous, reliable service in harsh environments. Ball valves can be used individually or connected in a train.
The Ball Valve is used for regulating or stopping flow. Ball valves are economical, compact in size, tight shut, non-directional flow, self-aligning inlet/outlet ports, can be mounted in any direction, no pressure drop when fully open.
A ball valve is a type of valve which controls the flow of a fluid by using a sphere-shaped ball which partially fits inside the valve. It works by placing the ball into a slotted pipe where it prevents or allows movement of the handle that operates the valve. Over time models have been created to help modernize ball valves. Some types allow water to be drained out via gravity, pulse drain mode, or if the model has small holes in its bottom to allow dripping. Another unique feature created is an easy adjustment model made to make adjustments easier for operators within certain temperature ranges.
